Presently, we are very vulnerable and are conveniently trampled upon, not only by outsiders but also by the misguided individuals within Sikh religion and there is no such organization who can globally counter this vulnerability. Our own powerful organizations have and are failing in their Panthic duties.

 

Historically, as an individual, Sikhs make a strong- and fair-minded community because of the precious teachings of the Guru Granth Sahib Ji.Unfortunately, we have failed terribly by not coordinating and cooperating with each other and hence have reached a state of helplessness. Proper coordination and cooperation require following:

 

1. Clarity of ideas and proposals

2. Respect for others; admire and implement their positive ideas based on the teachings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. 

3. Be humble, polite, open minded and accommodating

4. Tap into the positive talents of others

5. Lessening the burdens of others by owning or distributing the tasks

6. Try our best to make decisions by consensus without compromising Sikh principals
